Eagle Couriers collects and processes personal data to provide services requested by you and carry out the day to day running of the business. In order to do this you provide personal information about the account, collection and delivery which is stored on an electronic database protected by us and secured with Cyber Essentials Plus certification (copy available on request). We may share your information with third parties to carry out services at your request or for other reasons to comply with a legal obligation upon us. We have a data processing agreement in place with such third parties to ensure data is not compromised. Third parties must implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data.
